This triptych sketch was made whilst the artist studied at the Slade School of Fine Arts in London, UK
The Ghost Of Mariusz is the central panel of the composition. It self-portrays the artist as a chair, with a peering eye whilst Mariusz the Ghost gazes through the window. We can see the artists tears of blood as the chair scratches the floor surface.
